For each project SES undertakes,
we assemble a unique team of experts to provide outstanding solutions.
We have provided counsel to senior executives on projects ranging

litigation. To follow is a sample of the firm's diverse management
consulting experience.

on a series of legal assignments.

for a consultative council to conducting research to providing ongoing
strategic advice.
Evaluating program performance

a senior government decision-maker to conduct a formal program review
of a transfer payment agency.
Collecting strategic information
In an effort to collect value-added intelligence for the Interprovincial
Trade Negotiations, SES was retained to research the potential discriminatory
practices of various provincial governments and crown corporations.
The purpose of this initiative was to provide strategic information
to the chief negotiator.
Identifying needs
As part of an overall effort to facilitate the re-engineering of
the public sector, SES was retained to conduct a needs assessment

and an operational plan for the implementation of the initiative.
Communicating with results
Decision-makers have retained SES to write speeches and top level
presentation notes as well as to prepare formal submissions for
print and electronic media.
